Big reports are not exported to Excel
Issue:
There is a size limitation of web reports exported to Excel and when it is reached you get an error and the report cannot be exported. We have found that there is a possibility to improve the export action to allow bigger reports within the same limit still.
Release note:
Export of big Web drilldown and match reports is improved. Please note that we strongly recommend Edge as browser. We do not recommend Chrome since it has proven to have very poor performance especially for big match reports. We are investigating if we can improve also for Chrome.
Ref. No: 12412. |

Performance issue of large web match reports
Issue:
We have found that the performance of the match reports in Web Client is not sufficient for very large reports. It is typically a full view of a group’s intercompany transactions which for very large groups can be 10 000 rows or more. The current situation is that rendering or exporting of such reports takes several minutes and the current bug (KI 12412) in the export to Excel limits the size to export further.
Release note:
Menu Validations/Match Report is reintroduced in Admin (Windows) client. It allows to view large match reports faster than in Web client.
The bug KI 12412 is fixed also together with this.

Performance in reports (Normal and Compact)
Issue:
The performance executing reports with Normal and Compact layouts deteriorated in AARO23 comparing with previous versions. It is specially noted if you run very big reports with many columns and rows. We are looking at possibility to improve.
Release note:
We have made an improvement in performance of executing some specific report situations that previously was not possible to execute.

Contract revision can have no contract linked showing UNDEF for contract name
Are you affected?
If you use AARO Lease IFRS 16.
Issue:
A contract revision can be created not linked to any contract showing UNDEF for contract name due to an issue allowing to create revisions in a closed period. It happens when a contract is edited and saved in a closed period within the same year it is created or has a revision. In this case the new contract revision is created not linked to the contract and showing UNDEF for contract name in future periods.
Release note:
Now any changes in contract data are restricted in closed periods. Whenever you see UNDEF contracts created in previous CPVs, please contact AARO Support.

Publish utility does not work properly
Are you affected?
If you use the Publish utility to convert results of formulas to static values.
Issue:
There is a regression in AARO23 regarding how Publish utility converts results of formulas to static values. Values may loose their separators and be changed.
Release note:
Now values with separators are converted correctly using the Publish utility.

Dispose button is to be deactivated until replaced by new button ’Divest’ in AARO23
Issue:
The Dispose button used to perform an internal or external disposal of companies has issues reported in KI 9280. It was deactivated in AARO21 CPV3.1 but then appeared active again in later versions and CPVs. We do not recommend to use this button in AARO21 and AARO22 due to multiple issues and will deactivate it in next CPVs. The new button Divest will be introduced in AARO23 that will replace the Dispose button.
Release note:
The Dispose button is deactivated by default in AARO22. In AARO23 a new button Divest is implemented replacing the Dispose button.
